GUIDED PRANA

Mental health isn’t just in your head.

I work with the full picture—thoughts, emotions, nervous system patterns, lifestyle, nutrition, and the biological factors that can shape how you feel.

The goal is not to overwhelm you with modalities. It is to understand what is actually keeping you stuck and choose the right path forward.

Jade Klehm, LPC-Associate and founder of Guided Prana

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions about KAP

What is ketamine-assisted psychotherapy?

KAP pairs ketamine treatment with dedicated psychotherapy. I provide the psychotherapy portion, while Journey Clinical’s medical team determines eligibility, develops the medical treatment plan, prescribes medication, and monitors outcomes.

How do I know whether I am eligible?

We first discuss whether KAP fits your therapy goals. Medical eligibility is determined separately by your prescribing clinician.

What form of ketamine is used?

Ketamine is prescribed and managed by an independent medical provider. Clients may work with Journey Clinical, Joyous, or their own prescribing clinician. The medication form and dosing plan depend on the prescriber.

What happens during the process?

KAP includes preparation, a supported ketamine session, and integration therapy. Your prescriber handles medical evaluation, medication, dosing instructions, and medical follow-up.

Can KAP be provided remotely?

Yes, when clinically and medically appropriate. Remote dosing sessions require an approved setting, a responsible adult chaperone, and compliance with Journey Clinical’s safety requirements.

Are KAP services covered by insurance?

Aetna and Curative are accepted for eligible psychotherapy services through Journey Clinical. Coverage does not depend on where ketamine is prescribed. Benefits and client responsibility vary by plan. Prescribing, medication, and other medical fees are separate.

How do I get started?

Start with an Initial Intake. We’ll discuss your goals, history, and whether KAP may be worth exploring. If so, you can use Journey Clinical, Joyous, or another prescribing clinician for the medical portion.
